Youth Empowerment Program (YEP)

When youth and families are provided with consistent mentorship, access to life skills and empowerment education, and opportunities to improve personal wellness, they develop the confidence, leadership, and stability necessary to achieve long-term success. By investing in strengths rather than focusing on deficits, School of Prep–Knox creates a ripple effect of empowerment that strengthens families and communities.

 

 

Many youth and families face complex challenges that limit access to opportunity such as economic hardship, limited mentorship, social isolation, and health disparities. School of Prep–Knox bridges that gap by providing a space where youth and families are seen, supported, and empowered to create change in their lives and communities.  

 

 

YEP  integrates mentorship, empowerment coaching, life skills development, and personal wellness to address emotional, social, and physical well-being. This whole-person, strengths-based approach helps participants uncover the their abilities, build confidence, and take ownership of their growth.dges the gap by providing a space where youth and families are seen, supported, and empowered to create change in their lives and communities.
